1-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty: Should your PillowWeight exhibit any manufacturing defects within 1 year of purchase, we're on hand to replace it or issue a refund. Manufacturer defects include any leakage of micro-glass beads, fabric tears, faulty adhesive strips, or any other production-related flaw.
How to Claim: Please contact us with photographs of the defect so we can improve our products. To request additional adhesive strips or address any concerns, simply reach out to our customer service team. We'll send you a replacement set promptly—just note that the Avery Transfer Tape is a premium component of our product.

For Detachable PillowWeights:
Detachment:
Prior to washing, carefully remove the pillow from its case. Gently detach the PillowWeight from the loop fastener you installed on the pillowcase.
Washing:
The adhesive strips on the fastener are designed to withstand normal machine wash cycles. Use a mild detergent to maintain the fabric's integrity.
Drying:
After washing, you may proceed with standard dryer cycles. The materials used in the construction of the PillowWeight are resilient and built to endure the rigors of machine drying.
For Sewn-In PillowWeights:
If your PillowWeight has been sewn into a product, it is crafted to withstand washing and drying as per the product's usual care instructions. The materials and craftsmanship ensure durability through standard laundry processes.
Important Note on Washing PillowWeights Separately: Caution:
The PillowWeight should not be washed independently. The hook fastener component is prone to causing cosmetic damage to the weight by adhering to the nylon material. To avoid this, the PillowWeight must always be attached to a solid object larger than itself during the washing process. This precaution ensures the PillowWeight is shielded from direct contact with the fastener, preserving its aesthetic and functional integrity.
